plastic pokemon card Are clear plastic Pokémon card packs legitimate?

This is an authentic Japanese Pokmon TCG Acrylic Damage Counters Ver.02 Pokmon Card Game from Pokmon Center in Japan

I did a little research into the process beforehand but was greeted with conflicting information and 30min long Youtube videos so I figured Id summarize my experience, give some tips and relay some information I was told from the associate (Which may or may not be true)

The reverse holofoil checklist covers 143 cards spanning commons through rares only no reverse variants for Secret Rares or SIRs keeping reverse completion more straightforward than many Scarlet & Violet sets

I have a couple spare ones here and there like the Expedition Meganium and McDonalds promo (best one IMO) but I want you guys opinion on what are some of the better arts for this often-shafted by both Pokemon AND the community starter
